Guide for participants
- An application for a course is registered once we receive your order form at our email info@july.sk. It is binding after receiving your payment for a selected course, according to an invoice issued by our language school to you. The invoice must be paid at least 3 days prior to the start of the course. The date of payment is the day that money has been received by July Languages bank account.
- Study materials – the course fee may not cover the cost of the course book; it depends which course/package you have chosen. We recommend buying a course book (usually student’s book + work book) after the first lesson.
- A place on the course is non-transferable to another participant.
- There is no provision of reimbursement or a substituted lesson if a student does not inform the school/teacher about his/her absence a minimum of 24 hours before the start of the lesson.
- Cancellation of a course/Refunds: Our school reserves the right to cancel a course before the start of the course. In this case 100% of the course fee will be reimbursed to the student’s account. The student has the right for the refund of 95% of the fee upon written request to cancel his/her participation on the course before the course starts. 80% of the remaining course fee will be returned upon written request, if the student cancels within 7 days from the first lesson which he/she was registered to. After that time 0% of the course fee will be returned.
- The student consents to July Languages school processing his/her personal data for the purpose of a course organization, namely his/her name, surname, contact address, mobile phone, email contact.
- The student gives the school approval to send them information regarding courses by email or by text message on his/her mobile phone.
- To continue in the following course after completion and fulfilment of the ordered package, it is necessary to place a new order/registration for a selected course/package.
